What about the crystal singing bowls? Which one is better for healing metal or crystal ones?

Hi,

I have got a few bronze singing bowls and I am trying to work out what note they play. I am able to play the instruments. Does anyone know how I can work out what note they are producing? I’m not the most musical of people!!

There is an antique singing bowl that I want to purchase from SilverSky Imports, but I read that many antique singing bowls contain lead and mercury. Does anyone know if the level is high enough to be toxic?
