In the last 2 months, I picked up these books (& audio book), and they honestly really help one to self-transform there life!

They are simply excellent reading, even if a person is not interested in self-help or anything like that.

It is excellent information for people that wish to help loved ones and friends as well.

how does one practice "Mindfulness’ Meditation? What does it produce? And what are the many benefits of practicing "Mindfulness Meditation’ daily?
