… in a meditation, mindfulness context — though not neceserilly meditation techniques.

Like I remember one–I forget the medical name–I found in a meditation-type article that said something like to inhale as deeply as you could, allowing the lungs to take in as much air as naturally possible, through the nose I think, then to exhale as much air as you could, through your mouth.

Stuff like that. Maybe if I could incorporate some of the techniques utilized in relaxation and transcendental types of lifestyles into my moment-to-moment motion … I could slowly get back into mediation.

When I was a previous religion all it really had to teach me was "looks complicated, so god made it. Praise god for creating eyes and trees. In heaven the trees are even better than this one, I hope I see more good trees after death".

Has anyone had POSITIVE experiences with Effexor?




I’ve heard all the horror stories, Hear all the bad things that have happened with effexor… and I have exhausted all other options including meditation, mindfulness, yoga, herbal remedies, St. Johns Wort, and so on. I tried SSRI’s to no avail. So now I am anxiously trying effexor for depression and anxiety … Has anyone had good experiences with it? I’d like to hear some good things to reduce my anxiety about the med. I get really worked up about them. Thank you.
