Anyone have online resources for different breathing techniques?
… in a meditation, mindfulness context — though not neceserilly meditation techniques.
Like I remember one–I forget the medical name–I found in a meditation-type article that said something like to inhale as deeply as you could, allowing the lungs to take in as much air as naturally possible, through the nose I think, then to exhale as much air as you could, through your mouth.
Stuff like that. Maybe if I could incorporate some of the techniques utilized in relaxation and transcendental types of lifestyles into my moment-to-moment motion … I could slowly get back into mediation.
