I’ll run to the door and search for a suitable rhyme
As up from the basement I wearily climb
To explain how with no wind these things do chime
It isn’t unusual, it occurs all the time
It’s likely my neighbour, a goofy professional mime
With face painted white and still in his prime
He sneaks up to ring them with hands covered in grime
Ten times a day I’m disturbed, as this guy dings my chime
I fear that one day he will be victim to a poets vile crime.
( Thanks, I was looking for a subject today and would never have thought of wind chimes)
probably call the police or something?
Stop eating beans.
If there is no wind, why would there be wind chimes?
Listen to the chimes chime. There’s so much space.
Either act puzzled or go find the reason you are no longer the sole inhabitant of the world.
They wouldn’t chime if there was no wind, unless you touched them, or something/someone touched them
